It gives you the right setting to take the first step towards a data-driven culture and ensures that business value is created when implementing your first Minimum Viable (Data) Product. Depending where you are in your journey we also offer a Vision Workshop to support you to first create the vision and align on feasible use cases for your Mobilize workshop.
